How can I apply to YUTOM?

The following documents are required for enrolment:

1. Photograph

2. Passport

3. Bank receipt for application payment (150 TL).

After your documents are confirmed, a “Student Admittance Letter” will be provided in order for you to get a “Student Visa” from the Turkish Embassy (or the Turkish Consulate) in your country.

Students who need to get a Student Visa abroad need to contact İstanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University Turkish Learning Performance and Research Center (YUTÖM) at yutom@yeniyuzyil.edu.tr

Students make a request for a student admittance letter after transferring 150 TL to the account number which will be provided. With this document, they need to apply for a student visa from the Turkish Embassy in their country. It is also possible for those who want to participate in Turkish courses to get their student admittance letters from İstanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University Turkish Learning Performance and Research Center (YUTOM) through relatives or friends in Turkey.

On enrolment at İstanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University Turkish Learning Performance and Research Center (YUTOM) 150 TL will be deducted from the registration fee. (The fee paid for the student admittance letter is non-refundable.)

N.B. Visa confirmation is solely at the discretion of the consulate and YUTOM is not able to affect or influence this process.
